These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and mbtoto governing your use of this platform. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to hold an account and participate on mbtoto.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements. Abuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mbtoto will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
Important Notice: By accessing mbtoto, registering an account, or placing any wager on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotional rules published on the platform, form the entire agreement between you and mbtoto regarding your use of the Services.
2.2 By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you conclusively confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 mbtoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Clause 15 (Amendments) for further details.
2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on mbtoto or to use any of its Services. mbtoto enforces strict age verification as part of the KYC process and will immediately suspend any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. mbtoto's Services are directed primarily at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for the activity you intend to undertake, and that you bear sole responsibility for ensuring your compliance with applicable local laws.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active mbtoto account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.4 Mental Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind, are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment, and are capable of making rational financial decisions at the time of any betting activity.
21+ Only. mbtoto strictly prohibits participation by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process. Providing false age information is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
4.1 To access the full range of mbtoto Services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred local bank account or e-wallet details.
4.2 You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. mbtoto bears no liability for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. mbtoto will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or WhatsApp.
4.4 You must notify mbtoto customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. mbtoto will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to promptly notify us.
4.5 mbtoto reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such decision.
5.1 mbtoto is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. The KYC process may be triggered at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal request, or at any other point at mbtoto's discretion.
5.2 Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:
5.3 Withdrawal requests will be held pending until all required KYC documents have been submitted and approved. mbtoto aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 business hours of receiving all required documents.
5.4 Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation is a serious offence. mbtoto will suspend the account immediately, forfeit all balances, and may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
6.1 Currency. All deposits and withdrawals on mbtoto are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mbtoto does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. mbtoto currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific methods may vary based on operational circumstances.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the point of transaction within your member dashboard. mbtoto reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable prior notice.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. mbtoto targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for standard verified accounts. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume, pending KYC review, or where a bonus rollover requirement has not yet been met.
6.5 Same-Method Rule. Withdrawals will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard.
6.6 Deposit Ownership. You confirm that all funds deposited into your mbtoto account are legitimately owned by you, are free from any criminal origin, and do not constitute proceeds of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
6.7 Failed Transactions. mbtoto is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, bank system outages, or incorrect payment details submitted by the Member. Always verify payment details before confirming a transaction.
Withdrawal Tip: Complete your KYC verification before your first withdrawal request to avoid any processing delay. Members with a verified account typically receive funds within fifteen minutes during standard operating conditions.
7.1 mbtoto offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty program incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.
7.2 Rollover Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is clearly stated within each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games before real-money funds are released for withdrawal.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. mbtoto maintains sophisticated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using prohibited betting patterns to circumvent rollover requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
7.4 Promotional Eligibility. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. A promotion available to new members may not be available to existing members, and vice versa. mbtoto reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry period stated within each promotion's specific terms. Unused bonus funds or spins that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.
7.6 Withdrawal of Bonuses. mbtoto reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a Member's account. Once credited, the bonus terms in force at the time of crediting shall apply.
7.7 Seasonal Promotions. mbtoto runs promotional campaigns aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Imlek, and Nyepi — as well as major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 finals, the Piala AFF, and the FIFA World Cup. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms published at the time of the campaign.
8.1 General. All bets placed on mbtoto are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause and any additional sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. mbtoto reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of manifest error, system malfunction, or suspected rule violation.
8.3 Manifest Error. In the event that odds, lines, or game outcomes are offered or settled due to a manifest error — including typographical errors, technical faults, or mispriced markets — mbtoto reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the affected Members. This applies to all product verticals including sportsbook, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery), live casino, and slot games.
8.4 Sports Betting. For football markets including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League, mbtoto follows standard international sports betting settlement rules. Mix parlay (an accumulator bet combining multiple selections) and handicap (voor bola, a points-start system common in Indonesian football betting) markets are subject to additional rules published in the sportsbook section.
8.5 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Connection interruptions occurring after a bet has been confirmed and acknowledged by the system do not entitle the Member to cancel the bet. mbtoto is not liable for bets that could not be placed or amended due to internet connectivity issues on the Member's side.
8.6 Maximum Winnings. mbtoto applies per-event and per-day maximum winnings caps across all betting products. These limits are published within the relevant product sections and may be adjusted from time to time. Members are advised to review applicable limits before placing high-value wagers.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbtoto platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:
Zero Tolerance: mbtoto applies a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and multi-accounting. Confirmed violations result in permanent account closure, full balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement bodies where warranted.
10.1 All content on the mbtoto platform — including but not limited to the mbtoto brand name, logo, interface design, game graphics, software, text, imagery, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of mbtoto or its licensed third-party content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from any platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of mbtoto intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbtoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services.
11.2 mbtoto does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. mbtoto will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
11.3 mbtoto is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses caused by third-party payment processor failures, telecommunications outages, or Force Majeure Events beyond mbtoto's reasonable control.
11.4 Gambling involves financial risk. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose money wagered. mbtoto is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal betting activity on the platform.
11.5 mbtoto's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 By mbtoto. mbtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, bonus abuse, technical security risk, or regulatory compliance requirements. In cases of confirmed breach, the account balance may be forfeited in full.
12.2 By the Member. You may request closure of your mbtoto account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding rollover requirements on bonus funds must be resolved. Real-money balances remaining after bonus adjustments will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.
12.3 Responsible Gaming Closure. Members who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their account closed immediately upon request, with no cooling-off period applied. 12.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. mbtoto may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as notified within the platform. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
13.1 mbtoto is strongly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. We provide a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools accessible through your account settings at no cost.
13.2 Available Tools. Members may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality-check pop-up reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion periods ranging from one week to permanent exclusion.
13.3 Age Restriction. Participation on mbtoto is restricted exclusively to adults aged 21 and above. We enforce this restriction through mandatory KYC verification. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering software to prevent underage access.
13.4 Problem Gambling. If you believe that your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools immediately and to seek professional support. 14.1 mbtoto collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
14.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

15.1 mbtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the platform homepage at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbtoto holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
16.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
16.3 mbtoto and the Member each agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting the mbtoto customer support team. We are committed to resolving Member complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently.
